Healthy Green Pineapple Sherbet, Coconut & Banana Smoothie

This perfect summer green smoothie is tart, sweet and packed with fruits and veggies!


  • 2 Scoops Fat-Free Pineapple Sherbet or Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 14 Oz. Pineapple Chunks + Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Shredded Sweetened Coconut
  • 2 Tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1 Scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood
  • 2 Tsp. Coconut for Topping


  1. Scoop pineapple sherbet into blender. Add banana, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut, chia seeds, Amazing Grass and ice and blend until incorporated well. 

  2. Add 2 Tsp. of coconut in pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Top with banana slice and toasted coconut.

  3. Enjoy!
