Super helpful! This post baby weight is so hard to get off so so I need all the tips I can get. Thank you Linds! ❤️
Awe, tell me about it girl! I'm so glad this was helpful. I'm always here to talk - we can bounce ideas off of one another because I need tips too!! xoxo
Do tell about your cold oats with PB and coco milk! Canned or cartoned? And how do you make cold oats? I feel like I should know this ??♀️ Thank you! P.S. You look great! I’ll be having baby #3 this summer and look forward to working towards post baby health again and will be using some of your tips ?
Hi Lindsay! So I honestly just eyeball mine, but you can find a ton of specific recipes on Pinterest!
I use about 1/3 cup of steel cut oats and pour them into a small mason jar with a lid. Then just pour coconut milk until the milk is about 1/2 inch above the oats and then do 2 tsp. peanut butter, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for sweetener. Or we will sometimes do shredded coconut or berries. You can add whatever you'd like!
Then I put the lid on and leave them in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning you'll just stir them together and they're ready to eat :)
And congratulations on your 3rd baby!! That is SO exciting! xoxoxo
