1 Timothy 4:8 says, “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”

I believe that godliness should go into everything that we do as Christians – and that includes our physical fitness as well as what we are putting inside of our bodies.

When I think about good, fun conversations, this is exactly what I think of! On today’s episode, I am talking to Heather Brown from @mylifewellloved and author of Meal Planning For The Busy Mom.

You will totally hear our connection and heart for motherhood and taking care of ourselves and our families and trying to find balance in this crazy world.

On today’s episode, we are talking about everything from balancing motherhood as a Christian to successfully meal planning (without giving up after a week). We also discuss practical tips for helping your picky little ones to eat much better. We dive into negative self-image, self-care and self deprecating comments toward ourselves as well as balancing wife-life and mom-life.
