We love to make different varieties of toast in the mornings! I have always enjoyed being creative with food. Thankfully, my family appreciates my creativity.

Toast is light enough in the morning that I don’t feel incredibly weighed down, but it is filling enough that I can get to lunch before wanting to snack or eat again.

We noticed very early on that when Sutton had sugar for breakfast, it caused him to be hyper, aggressive and disobedient.

We began implementing healthier alternatives to cereal and pancakes and now make creative toasts, oatmeal and eggs as our regular breakfast routine. We added reading books, taking vitamins and making beds to our morning routine which has helped as well!

Here are our 5 favorite healthy breakfast toast ideas:

1. Avocado & Fried Egg Toast

2. Skim Ricotta Cheese, Fresh Basil & Honey Toast

3. Avocado, Feta & Pomegranate Toast

4. Raspberry, Blackberry, Basil & Cream Cheese Toast

5. Peanut Butter, Banana and Chia Seeds Toast

Our morning routine consists of eating breakfast, having some coffee, spending time as a family – even if only for a couple of minutes – taking our vitamins and starting the day off by choosing joy.

Sutton, Jesse and I have all recently been taking our Alive! Multivitamins before we head out of the house in order to help support our overall health and wellness.

Whether we are heading to swim lessons or a play date, it’s nice to know we’re getting Vitamin B12 to convert food into energy and Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies™ Blend.

Sutton’s Alive! Premium Gummies for Kids include orange, blueberry, carrot, pomegranate, plum, strawberry, asparagus, banana, broccoli, brussels sprout and more!

It’s pretty amazing to get all of those fruits and vegetables into our little guy with a few gummies! We are always on-the-go so we love that we can take our vitamins and healthy toast in the car with us if necessary! It’s a wonderful day to start our day!
